When gastronomy means Creativity. Craetism in reinterpreting tradition, both in the production of Wines and Spirits and in Culinary art, representative of the Bassano del Grappa area.

Typical dishes are: Stockfisch “Alla Vicentina”, Capon ” Alla  Canevera”, “Risi and Bisi” risotto and beans,  Pasta with duck ragout, the famous Asparagus ” Alla Bassanese” and the Pegeons di “Breganze”.

Typical products in the area are Bassano’s DOP White Asparagus, the beans of Borso Del Grappa, salumi of Vicenza, trouts of the Brenta river, Pove del Grappa Oil, IGT Marostica Cherries, Cheese and Honey of Grappa, Treviso’s red radish and Variegato of Castelfranco Veneto, and the black truffle of the Berici Hills.

Enjoy in front of a good dish of typical cuisine the many wines of the area: the famous prosecco of Valdobbiadene, the wines of Gambellara (Chiampo), the Vespaiolo and Torcolato di Breganze , the white and red wines of the Berici Hills.

For a perfect conclusion  the several quality of grappa of the most ancient distillery in Italy, Nardini, or a Poli, or the Capovilla distillery.
