Starting on November 21, 2024, the Museo Civico di Bassano del Grappa brings back Meeting at the Bassano Museum: Museums, Exhibitions, Restorations, a series of ten conferences offering the public an in-depth exploration of fascinating topics related to art masterpieces, significant exhibitions, and some of Italy’s most renowned museums. Curated by Mario Guderzo and supported by the Vicenza Library Network, these events provide a unique opportunity to reflect on the role of museums in contemporary society, guided by distinguished voices from the museum and academic world.

The events will be held in the Sala Chilesotti of the Museo Civico di Bassano del Grappa and live-streamed on the Civic Museums’ YouTube channel, except for the inaugural session on November 21, which will be in-person only. Admission is free and open to all, with no reservation required until capacity is reached.
